CATCH UP

Whoops, forgot to write on this for a while.

We made a mix for Flashback Records ahead of our instore there



Then back in August we did a BBC 6 Music session for Marc Riley, which isn't on listen back anymore, but at various stages looked like this -




After that we played Andrew Mïlk's BIRTHDAY CRISIS at the Total Refreshment Centre

FLASHBACK INSTORE

Long time no speak...

FIRST UP, we're doing a live instore in the basement of Flashback Records this coming Friday:


Poster says 7pm, but that's when we're arriving with the drumkit, so maybe give us a few minutes to set up.

In other news...

- RIP TOMMY RAMONE - great beat, massive innie

- A couple of us played in THE MOLES recently.  "Eventful".  We did a BBC6 session with Marc Riley, it's still online for another week or so here

- We've booked in to do our own live session for Marc on August 19th.  Tune in/drop out etc

- Next show proper will be Andrew Mïlk's birthday shindig on 6th September.  Details to follow

"Honey Badger presents and FlashBack Records are proud to present the London Premiere of Autonomy and Deliberation, a film by Johann Rashid and the UV race. Set and shot in Melbourne and Rural Victoria in Australia the movie tells the story of a band who have succumb to the dark side of gambling, prostitution and drugs. Lead singer Marcus resolves to get the band back together amid a city full of wild and strange creatures.

Drinks and vibes will be followed at the mucky pup where we will also pay respect to those past and present affiliated with the Australian Garage scene with tunes being spun by Mickey Gloss and Kevin Hendrick (that guy everyone knows) expect to hear stuff like Venom P Stinger re issues, Primitive Calculators, Naked On the Vague, Royal Headache any Mikey Young associated band, UV RACE (DuRRR), Circle Pit, The Stabs, Spider Vomit, basically anything by RIP SOCIETY/ Aarght Records/Chapter records catalogue.
